Cyprus: Taratsa, Larnaca

Fear not, I’ve not quit. I’ve just come back from two weeks in Cyprus after finishing my exams and have a long summer ahead for lots of bakes. I kept my blog in mind on holiday and made note of good restaurants to review and share if any of you visit Cyprus. I was with my best friend and her family who are Greek Cypriot and visited her uncle’s restaurant Taratsa in Larnaca. Tripadvisor has some mixed reviews but I really enjoyed it.
Calamari Rings.
Dolmades.
The Calamari here was good, not the best I’ve had, but enjoyable nonetheless. My best friend’s mum had another Calamari dish called the Chilli Calamari (I think) that was her favourite meal of the holiday (until our last night when it was knocked off the top spot).
The views of the church and the square from the restaurant are also amazing particularly around sundown. If you’re ever in Cyprus, you must visit! 🙂
